Measure the square metre area of the roof you want replaced.

The range of prices to replace your roof is: $50 to $95 per square metre. So multiple this rate against the square metre of the roof you want replaced.
This rough roof replacement quote will include removal of the existing roof materials and disposal, and replacement with colorbond metal (including building blanket, battens, sarking etc., as applicable), and as always a final tidy up of the site. Simple roofs with single or double pitches, easy access and average sized roofs will be at the lower end of the scale. Most roofs fall within the above range, but there will always be exceptions.
